The Capsule 2.0 encapsulation technology changes the way seeds are prepared for planting.

Under the concept “seed as a platform,” we improve seed quality and incorporate nutrients, biostimulants, therapeutics, and other products designed to solve specific problems.

Seed Encapsulation Technology is a disruptive solution to improve planting, transforming each seed into a platform for technologies like nutrients and biostimulants. We apply this technology to seeds of broadacre crops such as corn, sunflower, sorghum, peanuts, and more.

Our encapsulation technology takes the seed to a new level, integrating protection, nutrition, and efficiency in every layer.

– Film Coating
This is the traditional treatment applied to seeds. The first protective barrier using fungicides and insecticides.

– Inert Materials
Generates a layer that allows for the addition of different products, increasing volume and weight without affecting the imbibition process (water absorption). The materials we use are highly permeable.

– Biostimulants and Micronutrients
Incorporating nutrients, biostimulants, therapeutics, and biologicals into the capsule optimizes growth and protects crops from the earliest stages. Our encapsulation technology effectively adds these products, something impossible with traditional seed coating, reducing the yield gap and the need for spraying or over-treatment applications.

– Final Coating
Improves flowability, mechanical resistance, and appearance. Ensure uniform seed size without affecting germination.

Cápsule 3.0

Real-time seed quality monitoring.

The seed is the most important investment. Our solution makes the seed detectable below the soil once the furrow is closed. It accurately measures the planting depth and seed spacing data that defines quality. This information is available in real-time for the operator, who will have full control of the process.

Real-time crop health diagnosis.

 

The leaves of plants reflect sunlight in a unique way, generating a pattern known as the «spectral signature.» This pattern changes at very specific wavelengths in the spectrum when the plant is attacked by pests or diseases.

 

Through the capsule, we aim to overexpress these natural reactions so that they can be detected by sensors or hyperspectral cameras mounted on drones, planes, or satellites.

Thanks to Capsule 4.0, we will generate high-value data for crop health monitoring.
